There are no refunds allowed on any custom made guards. Any complaints and/or issues concerning a custom guard are dealt with on a case by case basis by the 44 Pro staff. There is a 1 year non transferable glove defect warranty on all custom guard orders. If determined a "defective" guard will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of 44 Pro. Repaired or replacement custom guard will take the normal amount of turnaround time.
